The Story behind 'The Self Worth Secret' ?
Once, I was a little girl trapped in an adult’s body, over giving, people pleasing, and constantly undervaluing myself while functioning from old cycles and old stories. On the outside, I seemed successful great job, dream car, holidays but inside I was anxious, depleted, and disconnected from my worth. Most Importantly I did not love, trust or respect myself.
After years of self discovery and personal development, I learned to turn inward, removed the mask, and reconnected with my authentic self. I peeled back all the layers that life had wrapped around me, I rewrote my story, healed my inner child, and rewired my mindset to value myself, set boundaries, and live with intention from a place of unshakeable self worth. Instead of living from my trauma I started living from my truth.
Today, as the founder of The Self Worth Secret and a Self Worth Coach, I guide women to break cycles, embrace their value, and create lives aligned with their truth. Together, we can drive a Self Worth Revolution -because Empowered Women Empower Women.
A little bit more about me...
I am from a small little village in the North of Ireland.
I am very passionate about inner child healing, and being a changemaker for generations to follow.
I love to share tips and inspiration across my social media platforms from my own personal journey in the hope that it will resonate and support others! @theselfworthsecret
Additionally I have been a nurse for 15+ years and have worked in many different specialities in leadership roles. This career has really helped me transform, build resilience and taught me great compassion and empathy.
In my free time I love to go on holiday, walk and be near the sea. I also love all things spiritual!

My Personal Self Worth Transformation
-Inner Journey: Strengthening my self worth led me on a deep internal journey where I learned to love, trust, and understand myself.
-Self Worth First: Self worth was the final piece of my journey but I want it to be your first.
-Healing My Inner Child: I reconnected with and reparented my inner child, creating positive changes in all areas of my life. Furthermore I healed deep wounding from care givers that was keeping me stuck in life.
-Rewiring Beliefs: I rewired limiting beliefs and negative thought patterns, realizing that true validation comes from within not from external sources.
-Healthier Relationships: I strengthened my relationship with myself and built healthier, more empowered connections with others.
-Confidence & Career: I gained confidence in my career and reduced burnout by prioritizing myself without over explaining or over giving.
-Empowering Boundaries: I now set boundaries that support me and my growth.
-Embracing Spirituality: I embrace my spirituality freely, without fear of judgment or shame.
-Self-Awareness & Compassion: I embody all versions of myself with kindness, compassion, and authenticity.
-Empowering Business: A strong foundation of self-worth has allowed me to create an empowering business and guide other women to step fully into their value and confidence.
-Internal Shift: I have had a deep internal shift where I know I am Worthy of all the love, my dreams and goals that the world has to offer. I know I am the creator, director and driver of my life. I am the Main Character of my own story.
-Reset Ability: I have learnt the ability to reset, to self observe and to be kind to myself in all my decision making. I use discernment 'I did the best I could, with what I had and what I knew at the time'.
